Spalk “Forgot On Monday” REVIEW
The story behind Berlin-based Spalk started like a fairytale. A young boy got his 1st e-guitar as a gift from the 2nd-hand-store owner after he 'tried 'the guitar every day after school over several days.
From Hannover, Germany always hooked to his guitar, became a better bassist (played on several recordings e.g. for Timo Maas, Mousse T. remixes), founded a band ("be"), started professional producing, got a major deal with EMI, and went on tour for several years. The move to the German capital during the rise of electronic music influenced the spectrum.
Spalk's passion is also for design and art. As a creative, he's always looking for the new, combining old and fresh elements to create something better.
